It can reliably retain yeast cells, heteroproteins, and colloidal suspended solids in the raw fermentation broth, achieving solid-liquid separation under mild conditions. This maximizes the retention of extracellular target product activity while improving the clarity of the glutathione filtrate and overall product yield.
