This Membrane Filtration Systems is specially designed for fruit and vegetable juice processing, with a design capacity of 200 tons per day, and is applied in the clarification and refining process of orange juice. The system features an all-stainless-steel sanitary structure, equipped with an intelligent PLC automatic control system, integrating ceramic membrane modules, a circulation unit, automatic backwashing, and Clean-In-Place (CIP) modules, fully compliant with hygiene production standards in the food and beverage industry. Utilizing inorganic ceramic membrane cross-flow filtration technology, the equipment gently processes raw orange juice, efficiently retaining pectin, pulp particles, proteins, polysaccharides, and suspended solids, serving as an effective alternative to traditional diatomaceous earth filtration and centrifugal separation processes. The filtration process involves no phase change and allows precise temperature control, thereby maximally preserving the natural aroma, flavor compounds, and nutritional components of orange juice. The resulting juice is clear and stable, effectively resolving issues of turbidity and post-storage haze commonly associated with orange juice products.
