The system adopts an inorganic ceramic membrane cross-flow filtration process, integrating ceramic membrane modules, a circulation booster system, and an integrated piping skid. It can be equipped with automatic backwashing, online chemical cleaning, and intelligent automatic control modules, with a designed daily treatment capacity of up to 800 tons. The equipment operates stably and reliably, ensuring consistently compliant effluent quality. The treated reclaimed water can be reused for production condenser makeup water, facility greening irrigation, and other applications, achieving resourceful recycling of pharmaceutical wastewater.
