This Membrane Filtration Systems is specially developed for the refining process of wet-process phosphoric acid in the phosphate chemical industry. Utilizing inorganic ceramic membrane cross-flow filtration technology, the equipment integrates ceramic membrane modules, a circulation and pressurization system, an integrated piping and skid frame, intelligent control, and an online cleaning unit, designed for solid-liquid separation and purification of phosphoric acid slurry. The system exhibits excellent resistance to strong acids and high temperatures, capable of long-term operation under high-concentration phosphoric acid conditions. It efficiently retains calcium sulfate gypsum residue, silicates, organic matter, and suspended particles in the slurry, serving as an effective alternative to conventional sedimentation tanks and filter presses, thereby simplifying the phosphoric acid pretreatment process.
