It features excellent chemical stability, high-temperature resistance, and compatibility with oil-based systems. It can efficiently retain gums, phospholipids, soap particles, suspended impurities, and fine solid particulates in crude palm oil, serving as an alternative to traditional plate-and-frame filtration and centrifugal separation processes. This mild physical separation method maximizes the retention of natural nutrients and carotene in palm oil, improves the transparency and quality of the finished oil, and reduces auxiliary material consumption in subsequent refining stages. It is suitable for degumming, desoaping, clarification, and purification processes in crude palm oil refining. The equipment supports online hot water and alkaline solution circulation cleaning for regeneration, offering strong resistance to oil fouling and stable flux recovery. The system operates in a closed, continuous, and fully automated manner without the addition of filter aids, minimizing oil loss.
